Ergonomically designed Ball Mill is used for precise grinding of chemicals, ores and ceramic based materials into free flow powder form, having 20 to 75 micron particle size. Featured with enclosed structure, this system re circulates large particles to its mill section to improve its grinding performance. It is also used to prepare fine paste by grinding various materials in their wet condition. Driven by a movable cylinder, it uses cast iron or steel or pebble or ceramic made grinding ball. This mill applies high impact force to grind any material which is poured into it. The internal wave shaped liners of this mill are easy to replace in case these are damaged due to wear. The special design of these liners maintains required position of the grinding ball by avoiding its slippage. The rotational frequency of its powder mixer ranges between four to twenty revolutions in every minute, although the number of rotation depends on overall size of this mill. In short, its rotation tends to be short if its diameter is large.

This Non GMP/GMP based Ball Mill is made of IS:2062 approved mild steel or stainless steel of 316/304/310 grade. Its manufacturing standard is in sync with DIN, ASME, BIS and IS specifications. We offer this product in multi compartment or cylindrical shaped single compartment option. Its application can be noticed in food processing, chemical production, pesticide manufacturing, bulk drug and cement production units.
