Accessible in 1 to 500 square meter storage capacity range, the provided Heat Exchanger is made of alloy steel, carbon steel, IS:2062 standard mild steel and stainless steel (316L/304L/304/316 grade). This heat exchanging system is required for effective transferring of heat based energy to different medium like gas and fluid without affecting their original form. Customers can obtain this heat transferring exchanger with specially developed corrugated tube based design. This specific design promotes trouble free transferring of heat at minimal cost and within limited heat transferring space. Corrugated tube based structure of Heat Exchanger prevents accumulation by agitating the fluid flow at high speed.
Design, manufacturing and testing details
This heat exchanging device has been built in sync with ASME, TEMA and IS standards. The premium quality of its bundle and shell is verified on the basis of pneumatic leakage protection test and hydro test under specific pressure level. Complete testing record and documentation are maintained from the end of our personnel. The mild steel made parts of this system are treated with enamel paint and red oxide based paint.
