Product Description

Vacuum Tray Dryer is used for effective drying of powder based material under specific vacuum condition. Its application can be noticed in food processing, pesticide production, chemical and medicine production unit and paint manufacturing plant. The material is fed into this dryer through its in built steam coil shelves. The uppermost shelf of this dryer is used to check internal temperature of this dryer and also to prevent spreading of poured powder during solvent extraction process. The rectangular shaped structure of this dryer is made of insulated stainless steel having single gate. Steel of 316L/316/304L/304 grade has been used for its fabrication.
